At FULL POWER CACAO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ceremonial grade cacao. Due to the nature of our food products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, in their original packaging, and reported within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the cacao is securely sealed in its original, unopened packaging to maintain hygiene standards and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned product to confirm it is unopened, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
